Introduction

• The book “The Prince from Chocoland” (the “Product”), written by author Nava Filizer, is sold in Steimatzky stores and on a dedicated website.

• These terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only, but refer equally to all genders.

• Purchases made through the website are subject to the terms set out in these Terms & Conditions.

• These Terms & Conditions are between the author Nava Filizer, who wrote the book, and the purchaser of the book. Please read these terms carefully and in full, and agree to all of them, as a precondition to any engagement between the parties. Making any purchase on the website constitutes your consent to the terms contained in the website’s Terms & Conditions.

• The very act of purchasing the Product on the website constitutes a declaration by the purchaser/customer that they have read, understood and agreed to the provisions of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding contract between the purchaser/customer and the author Nava Filizer.

• The website owner may change these Terms & Conditions at any time, at their sole discretion.

Purchase

1. The website enables customers to purchase the book “The Prince from Chocoland” online conveniently, easily and securely.

2. The book can be purchased on the website at any time, while stocks last.

3. Purchases on the website can be made by credit card or PayPal only, and the transaction will be completed after it has been approved by the credit card company.

4. The price of the Product on the website includes VAT as required by law.

5. The company reserves the right to stop marketing and selling the Product at any time, and to deny the right to purchase on the sales website at its discretion.

Returns and Cancellations

6. The transaction can be cancelled by phone or by email to: nava@filizer.co.il.

7. Cancellation of the transaction will take effect only after receipt of a fax or email from the company confirming the cancellation request. If the cancellation is approved, the book must be returned to the company, and all costs involved in returning the Product will be borne by the customer. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, together with the original invoice, no later than 14 days from the date the book was purchased.

8. If the transaction is cancelled within 14 days, the company will charge a cancellation fee of NIS 100 per 10 books, or 5% of the transaction value, whichever is lower (in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, distance selling transactions).

9. If the transaction is cancelled after the customer has already received the book, the customer will bear the cost of shipping the Product back to the company, in addition to the cancellation fee.

10. The cancellation policy set out above applies only to products purchased on the website. The company will not handle returns of products purchased through any other source.

Supply and Delivery of the Product

11. The company will deliver the Product to the address entered by the customer when making the purchase on the sales website, within 14 business days.

12. The company will not be liable for any delay in delivery and/or non-delivery caused by force majeure and/or events beyond its control, such as delays at the courier company/Israel Post, strikes and the like.

13. The Product will be shipped according to the option selected by the customer on the website.

14. The final price of the Product includes the shipping cost and the cost of the Product, as detailed on the website.

Intellectual Property

16. All intellectual property rights in the book are the sole property of Nava Filizer.

17. It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or make any other use of the book “The Prince from Chocoland”.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

18. The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms & Conditions and/or any action or dispute arising from them shall be governed by Israeli law only, and the competent court in the Central District shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

19. The website used for purchasing is the responsibility of Filizer Communications, owner of the book “The Prince from Chocoland”. Filizer Communications and the author Nava Filizer are solely responsible for all content displayed on the website and for all activity taking place on it: presentation of the Product, sales, service, delivery of the Product, and the returns and cancellation policy. Responsibility lies solely with Filizer Communications, the website operator, and Nava Filizer.

20. Customer privacy policy: the website owners undertake to keep customer details fully private and not to make any use of them beyond what is required for the purchase. Customer details will remain confidential and will not be passed on to any third party.
